  • Develop and execute business development strategies to promote the firm’s accounting and advisory services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, sectors, and emerging business opportunities within the financial services and corporate markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, industry contacts, and strategic partners to generate referrals and new business leads.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, capability statements, and professional presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior management to design pricing strategies and service packages aligned with client needs and market conditions.
  • Track and analyse key business development metrics, sales performance, and client acquisition data to inform management decisions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to strengthen brand positioning, digital presence, and client communication initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, market trends, and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or marketing within a professional services firm (preferably accountancy, audit, or consulting).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and business owners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and client service orientation.
